Mô tả công việc
- Monitor CCTV system to promptly detect incidents/violations, issue alerts, and coordinate resolution to minimize risks and potential losses.
- Receive and handle CCTV incidents reported from sites; provide support, consultation, and coordinate resolution upon request.
- Conduct thematic inspections on violations by reviewing site cameras to identify issues such as asset loss (fraud, theft, ETC.) and procedural/non-compliance violations (e.g., 5S, workplace conduct, image/appearance).
- Consolidate inspection findings into reports for management; issue notices to sites for explanation/resolution; update and follow up on corrective actions from sites.
- Maintain and update CCTV system layouts and related information for all sites.
- Compile and consolidate daily incident reports from all sites.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports summarizing incidents and issues recorded during the week..
Yêu cầu công việc
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Security, Electronics, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security system operations, or related roles.
- Familiar with CCTV equipment, monitoring software, and incident reporting processes.
- Ability to promptly detect and analyze incidents/violations through camera monitoring.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills when handling site incidents.
- Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling security information.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting daily/weekly reports.
- Basic knowledge of workplace standards (e.g., 5S, safety, compliance procedures) is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required).
