Compliance Specialist [Environment]

1. Waste Management

• Establish internal policy, regulation and procedure on waste management and implement the waste classification programs;
• Monitor waste contractors’ compliance and documentation;
• Track waste data and reporting; drive waste reduction and recycling initiatives.

2. Environmental Management

• Update and ensure compliance with environmental regulations;
• Support departments in resource-saving initiatives and action plans;
• Collect and report environmental data (EKPI, waste, energy, air emission).

3. Audit & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with brand standards, industrial standards, Higg FEM, GOTS, GRS;
• Support audits, prepare documentation, and follow up CAPs;
• Update systems (e.g., Trust Trace) with relevant team.

4. Certification & Traceability

• Support Oekotex and traceability audits;
• Coordinate with third parties, prepare samples and documents;
• Track certification progress and resolve issues.

5. Supplier & Training

• Monitor supplier/subcontractor compliance and certifications;
• Conduct environmental training for employees;
• Organize environmental activities (recycling, Earth Hour, ETC.).

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in major: Environment Engineering, Labor Safety, and related technical fields;
2. Experience: From a year of experience in a compliance or environmental role, prefer relevant experience in manufacturing;
3. Language: Fluent in English and/or Chinese;
4. Others: Proactive in the work, creative, and strong problem-solving skills.
