New Target Customer Acquisition:
1. Develop, pursue, and secure a list of target customer accounts based on customer criteria and alignment with Group and commercial strategy.
- Define, regularly review and build a pipeline of target customers
- Pursue and secure target opportunities from the defined target customer list
2. Coordinate engagement of sales activities with key stakeholders.
3. Accountable for developing, leading and meeting/exceeding sales and revenue plans measured in terms of:
- Gross Revenue Actual Contribution
- Gross Revenue Wins
- Drive a credible sales pipeline value across new and renewal business
- Communicate service value to promote upsold revenues with legacy accounts
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Business Growth Targets for New and Existing Business as agreed measured in:
- Actual New Business (Gross Revenue)
- Actual Renewal Business (Gross Revenue)
- Secured New Business (annualized Gross Revenue)
- Maintained Renewal Business (annualized Gross revenue)
2. Quality of Pipeline measured in:
- Pipeline Value (New Business and Renewal Business)
- Conversion Rate
- CRM Compliance
3. Engagement and leadership across different internal stakeholder groups
Qualification & Experience
1. Graduate in any discipline preferably holding diploma/degree in Management with 1-2 years plus experience.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in Healthcare industry
3. Proven expertise in one or several of the following areas:
- Healthcare: Health Check Up; Laboratory Services
- Forecasting, planning management, customer management
