Customer Service Representative (English Required) Làm Việc Tại Long An

1. Responsible for the live chat communication (pre-sales & after-sales) of customers.

2. Responsible for the maintenance of private messages and comments on the brand's official social media.

3. Respond to customer needs in a timely manner, guide purchases, and improve customer retention and conversion of consultation.

4. Help customers deal with after-sales problems according to the SOP process and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Accurately fill in the customer service work tickets as required to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the work tickets.

6. Participate in cross-department/cross-team communication, and promote the rapid resolution of various pre-sales and after-sales problems.

7. Closely coordinate with the international team, maintain consistency, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

1. Has the ability to create and/or produce documents.

2. Have 1-3 years experience in a similar position.

3. Being fluent (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in English.

4. Good learning ability, communication skills, execution ability, and comprehension ability.

5. Experience working in customer service teams, particularly for e-commerce platforms.

Working hours:

Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (5 days/week)

Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight) (5 days/week) - Work from home: 2 days per week

Salary: VND 9,000,000–12,000,000/month
Probation: Full salary during the probation period
Social insurance: Contributions based on 100% of the gross salary
