Job Summary
The Import Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing sales of imported cotton and textile raw materials to domestic spinning and other textile manufacturers. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, maintaining long-term partnerships with spinning mills and textile factories, and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Develop and expand customer network including spinning mills, weaving mills, dyeing factories, and garment manufacturers.
- Promote and sell imported cotton, fiber, yarn and other textile raw materials.
- Analyze customer demand, production plans, and consumption trends to propose suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and contract terms, and close sales agreements.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding pricing, shipment schedule, and quality specifications
- Work closely with the logistics and documentation team to monitor shipment status and delivery schedule.
- Monitor market trends, cotton prices, and competitor activities to provide timely updates to customers and management.
- Ensure payment collection and manage credit risks.
- Handle customer complaints related to quality or delivery issues.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and sales forecasts.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cotton trading, textile raw materials, or B2B industrial sales.
- Experience working with spinning mills or textile manufacturers is preferred.
- Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), L/C, T/T payment methods, and import procedures.
- Understanding of global cotton market trends is an advantage.
- Skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to monitor commodity price fluctuations.
- Good command of English (for working with overseas suppliers).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

- Willingness to travel to factories when required.
