Mô tả công việc

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on international market demand for organic and inorganic chemicals and agricultural products. Identify potential regions and opportunities for business expansion. Collect data on market trends, pricing, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
• Customer and Partner Development: Proactively seek new clients through channels such as international trade fairs, business networks, and online platforms. Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and partners in the chemical and agricultural industries. Ensure tailored solutions are provided to meet client needs.
• Negotiation and Contract Signing: Conduct commercial negotiations with international clients, prepare and draft sales contracts with clear and transparent terms. Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met while optimizing company profits.
• Business Strategy Development: Create short- and long-term business plans, including sales targets, marketing strategies, and trade promotion programs. Propose initiatives to strengthen the company’s position in the global market.
• Market and Competitor Monitoring: Continuously update information on competitors’ strategies, price fluctuations, and international trade regulations. Prepare periodic reports on market conditions, analyze business performance, and suggest improvements.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with departments such as production, quality control, and logistics to ensure products meet customer standards, deliveries are on schedule, and technical support is provided promptly.
• Data Management and Reporting: Utilize CRM systems to manage client information, track transaction progress, and prepare detailed reports on sales, business activities, and performance for submission to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
 

Yêu cầu công việc

• Female
• Age: 25 - 35
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Chemistry, International Business, Agriculture, or similar disciplines).
• At least 3 years of experience in international business, preferably in organic or inorganic chemicals or agricultural products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English (knowledge of Chinese or other languages is a plus).
• Pleasant appearance and professional demeanor.
• Proactive, able to work independently and in teams, and capable of handling work pressure.
• Skilled in market analysis and business planning.
