Wecare group is a B2B industrial distributor that leverages Data and Technology to optimize operations within the industrial supply chain.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company. This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring the company's all compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations and providing strategic financial advice to management.

The scope of work below:

1/ Responsibilities

+ Accounting & Reporting Management

• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including daily bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger as well as responsible for cash flow management and forecasting.

+ Reporting and Analysis: 

• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including P&L, balance sheets, and budgets) to the company's management and investors. They perform cost vs. budget analysis and provide data-driven insights.

+ Legal & Tax Compliance: 

• The responsible for all tax filings and reports, ensuring the company adheres to all tax laws, accounting standards (VAS), and other legal requirements. 
• Handles initial legal and administrative procedures for the company, such as business and tax registration.

+ Internal Controls and Audits:

• Implement and maintain strong internal control systems to protect company assets. 
• Providing necessary documents and explanations.

+ Leadership & Team Development:

• Focus on team building & development
• Collaborate closely with other departments to support overall business objectives.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. Candidates must also have a Chief Accountant Certificate, which is a mandatory legal qualification in Vietnam. A CPA or ACCA certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a Chief Accountant or similar leadership position, is typically required. Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a significant advantage.
