Key Accounts Specialist – Horeca

The Key Accounts Specialist (Sales Representative) – Horeca Channel is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key customers in the Horeca sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés). This role focuses on driving sales, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth execution of business strategies with assigned Horeca accounts.
- Customer Acquisition & First Order Conversion
Conduct daily customer visits to acquire and register new Horeca clients.
Identify customer potential and drive at least 30% to first orders using CRV’s value proposition and tools.
Ensure a smooth onboarding and feedback loop for initial purchases.
- Account Management & Growth
Manage a customer portfolio and update key info regularly.
Monitor customer performance, develop action plans, and create annual business development plans for key accounts.
Handle contract negotiations and credit management.
- Customer Engagement Activities
Coordinate events (e.g., chef demos, fairs) to boost engagement and increase sales.
Recommend promotional activities based on customer needs and market trends.
Join trade fairs and external activities when required.
- Store Coordination & Execution
Work with internal teams for order processing, customer support, and payment tracking.
Join store meetings to align on goals, report performance, and address issues.
- Market & Competitor Insights
Collect and share competitor info and market trends to help shape sales strategies and improve offerings.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in Horeca sales or key account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and customer-oriented mindset
