Mô tả công việc

1. Customer Development & Management

  • Proactively prospect, approach, and develop new customers in assigned territories (local traders, dealers, processing factories)
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Build and regularly update detailed customer database
  • Conduct scheduled customer visits according to plan

2. Business Development & Sales

  • Consult and offer agro commodity products suitable to customer needs
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions
  • Prepare quotations, execute contracts, and monitor orders
  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Manage account receivables and ensure timely payment collection

3. Market Intelligence

  • Collect and update market prices for agro commodities daily/weekly
  • Monitor supply-demand trends, price fluctuations, and market policies
  • Gather competitive intelligence on products and services
  • Compile customer feedback on product quality and services

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer visits, and market conditions
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery
  • Support resolution of customer complaints and issues
  • Participate in company meetings and training activities
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preference for candidates with experience in agro commodities, food, or FMCG trading)
  • Strong knowledge of HCMC market, especially wholesale markets and commercial areas in District 4 and surrounding districts
  • Existing customer network in related fields is an advantage

Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under high pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Own motorbike and valid driver's license (frequent travel required).
