Mô tả công việc
1. Customer Development & Management
- Proactively prospect, approach, and develop new customers in assigned territories (local traders, dealers, processing factories)
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
- Build and regularly update detailed customer database
- Conduct scheduled customer visits according to plan
2. Business Development & Sales
- Consult and offer agro commodity products suitable to customer needs
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions
- Prepare quotations, execute contracts, and monitor orders
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Manage account receivables and ensure timely payment collection
3. Market Intelligence
- Collect and update market prices for agro commodities daily/weekly
- Monitor supply-demand trends, price fluctuations, and market policies
- Gather competitive intelligence on products and services
- Compile customer feedback on product quality and services
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer visits, and market conditions
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery
- Support resolution of customer complaints and issues
- Participate in company meetings and training activities
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preference for candidates with experience in agro commodities, food, or FMCG trading)
- Strong knowledge of HCMC market, especially wholesale markets and commercial areas in District 4 and surrounding districts
- Existing customer network in related fields is an advantage
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under high pressure
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Own motorbike and valid driver's license (frequent travel required).
