Mechanical Sales Engineer

Quotation & Pricing Management 
• Apply ERP-SAP system in pricing product ranges.
• Receive client drawings and requests via email or hard copy.
• Analyze and review client drawings and requirements to handle technical requests.
• Prepare quotation data (materials, tooling/mold cost, ETC.) based on client-approved drawings.
• Create quotations.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager for quotation review and approval.
• Send approved quotations to Sales Manager and follow up for feedback and negotiation results.

Order Handling 
• Check and verify cycle time/takt time before MO issuance to ensure production readiness.

Technical Coordination 
• Define suitable production methods and processes based on product structure and technical requirements.
• Verify suitability of existing molds, tools, jigs, and machines for new products.
• Propose new molds, tools, jigs, or machines when needed and estimate their costs.
• Monitor and update cycle time/takt time data with relevant departments

Cross-Department 
• Participate in internal meetings to review production readiness, cost structure, and delivery schedules.
• Verify suitability of existing molds, tools, jigs, and machines for new products.

Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain quotation, order, and customer communication records in ERP-SAP.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quotation reports for management review.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and ISO standards.
 

• Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Receive training with less experience
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or technical sales is preferred.
•  Able to use English at work, special reading and understanding for drawing in English, email in English.
•  Strong understanding of technical drawings and production processes.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP or similar systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills.
• Good in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.

• Working conditions are normal. Travels, over time may require.
• Working time: 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM
• Overtime when needed.
