- Identify and acquire B2B customers needing international shipping services, as well as international buyers seeking to import products from Vietnam (such as minerals, non-ferrous metals, and seafood).
- Consult clients and prepare tailored freight forwarding quotations.
- Coordinate with carriers for pricing and route optimization.
- Work with operations, customs, and documentation departments to ensure service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and retention
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00–12:00, 13:30-17:30), flexible Saturdays
- Minimum 2 year of experience in logistics sales (FCL/LCL/Air Freight/Trading).
- Existing client portfolio is a major advantage.
- Strong knowledge of trade lanes (China, Korea, India, Japan, Russia, USA...)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and target-driven.
