General Information
- Report to : Head of Area Sales - South 1
- No. of subordinates : Sales Officers/Supervisors and sales forces
I. Job Summary:
This job holder will be responsible for driving distribution expansion, planning productivity improvement initiatives and delivering planned ENR and loan numbers across personal loans, sales finance and mortgage.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Team Management
- Manage the Field Sales, CELP
- Ensure ongoing distribution addition, performance and retention
2. Sales performance:
- Recruiting and running the entire channel with full capacity as designed
- Driving and delivering sales volume as assigned by the company
- Responsible for keeping fraud under control for the sales channel
3. Productivity Improvement:
- Define, develop and execute productivity improvement initiatives.
- Proactively searching new avenues/leads to maximize sales for the organization as much as possible
4. Expense Management:
- Managing and controlling the cost assigned for the channel
- Operate within the budgeted expenses and ensure cost of acquisition is under the planned numbers and continuously seek ways of optimizing spend
5. Training and Support
- Ensure relevant training & support system is available and drive effective implementation of training initiatives to deliver results
- Ensure complete compliance to all operational, sales processes and highest degree of operational ethics in the sales teams.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Qualification: University Graduate (Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or relevant sectors)
2. Work Experience: Min 5 years of sales experience working for retail banking, consumer finance, FMCG/Food and beverage … sectors with good track records of strong sales performers
3. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of financial services
4. Skills
- Solid sales background, Sales territory management skill; customer service skills; planning and analysis skills; Consumer finance/Banking knowledge is advantage
- Strong Leadership in both team environment and individual; Interpersonal Communication skill;
- Teamwork spirit motivation skill: able to manage, train and coach team (Team leaders and or Sales Agents);
