• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with international clients and fashion brands seeking garment manufacturing and export services.
• Receive and process customer orders, clarifying technical requirements, product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with the internal Merchandising team to execute orders, monitor production schedules, and resolve arising issues.
• Collaborate with third parties such as quality assurance/quality control providers, laboratories, and certification bodies to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Track and update order status for customers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to committed quality.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships, handle feedback, and propose service improvement initiatives.

• Male/Female, 30-45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in sales for the apparel industry, primarily jackets (FOB).
• Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, contract closing, and customer relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of FOB production and export processes, quality standards, and international trade regulations.
• Proficient in English (Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus).
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and travel for business
