Responsibility 1: Category Management: Develop and implement the strategic sales plan of the in-charge Category.
- Make a report and implement the Category Management to have an understanding of the in-charge category under the direction of the team leader and director.
- Keep updated with Market Trends through research, analysis, and evaluate the market to identify customers’ need and product trends.
Responsibility 2: Merchandising Management
- Ensure daily, and monthly tasks are fulfilled.
- Manage the performance of in in-charge subcategory effectively in terms of sales, profit, commission, rotation days, inventory, promotion, and product assortment, quality of products, planning, and allocation.
- Manage the in-charge sub category’s Vendor to through negotiating and cooperating in the trading term, pricing, promotion, activations, and others to ensure strategic cooperation as well as ensure the performance of in charge category.
- Cooperate with related teams (GS, PB, POG, Product team, MKT, OPD, ETC.) to source, develop new products, and optimize the in-charge category structure.
Responsibility 3: Reporting
Timely and complete reporting (daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc) as assigned.
- 2 years of working experience in the retail industry and related category.
- Have knowledge of the in-charge category
- Have knowledge and experience of FMCG sector, the Company’s field of retail industry.
