Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International B2B Sales & Account Manager to expand our footprint in global markets, with a primary focus on the United States. In this role, you will be the bridge between our company and our international clients, responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and closing deals to providing long-term account support.

1. Business Development (The Hunter):

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to international prospects via virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

2. Account Management & Customer Success (The Farmer):

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale support.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and ensure long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with market demands.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in B2B Sales or Business Development.
  • International market experience is preferred.
  • Experience navigating the U.S. business landscape.
  • Strong understanding of North American business etiquette.

Language Proficiency:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to negotiate and present complex ideas fluently and confidently.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, ETC.).
  • Experience with sales automation tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
