• Input data of sales including customer’s order/customer information/salesmen/sales equipment in timely and exactly
• Check the promotion activity through promotion rate/promotion program
• Prepare sales and promotion contracts
• Monitor inventory.
• Calculate promotion quantity for promotion contracts
• Other works appointed by Sales Controller
Yêu cầu công việc
- A degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Careful, honest, ready to work and progressive.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.
