Sales force management:
- Planning & recruit / Training / Coaching of TL / FC in the area and align with Company / Head of sales direction
- Daily / weekly / monthly sales monitoring / pushing to achieve sales target
- Sharing operation / scheme / campaign to push sales to achieve sales goal target
- Build up strong sales team culture to keep good producer with Company
- Build up strong carrier path for FC / TL to develop with Company direction
Business Development:
- Execute sales strategies and operating objectives in alignment with overall Company sales and profitability objectives;
- Prepare, manage and optimize field visit plans, sales calls to monitor performance, make reports right after each visit and call, suggest and implement plans of necessary corrective actions to improve sales results;
- Regularly update, analyze and report on business data (market conditions, industry changes and competitive activities that may impact sales…);
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure of customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks as assigned by BOD, Head of Sales and Regional Sales Manager from time to time.
Branch Management:
- Work closely with Branch about Branch target (FC model target: referral, productivity…and CPI target)
- Planning & following top priority by product to achieve sales goal target
- Support TL / FC to work / network closely with Branch to achieve sales target
- Sharing with Branch about sales strategy by referral model and Minishow model…
- Communication about Sales contest, sales activity…and all related about Bancas product to support Branch to achieve target.
