Expansion Manager (Premises / Site / Project Development)

Central Retail Vietnam (GO!, Tops Market…) is expanding rapidly and we are looking for experienced professionals to join our Expansion / Business Development team.

Depending on your experience, you will take ownership in one of the following areas:

1. Premises Development

• Identify and acquire new sites (malls, shophouses, standalone locations)
• Build relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers
• Conduct market surveys and initial location assessment
• Lead lease negotiation

2. Site Development

• Conduct feasibility studies (ROI, payback, financial modeling)
• Prepare business cases for internal approval
• Lead detailed commercial negotiation

3. Project Development

• Manage store development and opening timeline
• Coordinate design, construction, and fit-out
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• 5–10+ years of experience in one of the following:
• Retail expansion / site acquisition
• Commercial real estate / leasing
• Store development / construction / fit-out
• Strong understanding of retail expansion process
• Experience working with landlords, developers, or internal stakeholders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and results-driven mindset
