Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, live chat, and other messaging channels.
Resolve customer issues promptly while providing accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Escalate urgent or complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Stay updated on company products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support.

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Willingness and ability to work night shifts, including weekends according to the assigned schedule.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new products, processes, and working procedures.

Stable monthly income of VND 11,000,000 – 13,000,000.
100% salary during the probation period.
Attendance is calculated from the beginning to the end of each month, with salary paid on the last working day of the month.

Work 9 hours per shift, including a 1.5-hour break with access to a fully equipped Sleeping Room for rest.
Fixed day off every Sunday, plus one additional weekday off, and 14 annual leave days.
Night shift allowance: 30% of the basic salary.
