Mô tả công việc
- Set up retail promotions (POS configuration, gift/voucher programs) as planned by the Retail Manager
- Monitor usage and inventory of promotional materials
- Coordinate with retailers regarding promotion registration, contracts, and addendums
- Consolidate quarterly tester forecast from retail stores
- Support preparation and execution of internal retail meetings (materials, schedule, data)
- Manage third-party service contracts and payment processes (stationery, tools, water, ETC.)
- Assist in organizing retail events/workshops, including pre-event logistics and on-site support
- Track field team attendance and overtime; support payroll and incentive processes
- Monitor Beauty Advisor (BA) performance
- Update training schedules and manage uniform distribution for new hires
Yêu cầu công việc
- Passionate about the beauty and cosmetics industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, ETC.)
- Experience in fashion or cosmetics is a plus
