Participate, engage in and coordinate all service activities at customers sites including
installing, maintaining, repairing, programming, calibrating and verification of the
equipment.
• Trouble-shoot and repair equipment and liaise with the other Engineering teams to address
and resolve machine related issues.
• Implement and schedule preventive maintenance activities and programs.
• Maintain service records and document trends in warranty issues.
• Handle customers' complaints and service inquiries relating to the equipment.
• Prepare recommended spare parts lists for equipment
• Track and assemble spare part orders for shipping.
• Coordinate with Operations to obtain resources for performing service support.
• Coordinate availability of internal and customer's resources for service, installation and
maintenance to achieve minimum disruption to downtime.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and be compliant with ISO quality
standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
