- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the availability of all necessary resources for production, including machinery, manpower, raw materials, and support services, to facilitate smooth production operations.

- Monitor the introduction of new styles into production, provide technical guidance on sewing techniques and key quality control points. Work closely with the Technical team to resolve technical issues and ensure all critical production parameters—such as throughput time and quality standards—are met to support smooth style changeovers and bulk production flow.

- Collaborate with the Planning team to develop weekly and daily output targets, taking into account delivery schedules, SMVs (Standard Minute Values), and available labor hours. Manage overall production activities, conduct daily production meetings to identify and address critical issues or deviations, provide guidance to the team, and coordinate with other departments to ensure daily targets are achieved and production plans are fulfilled.

- Monitor all key production performance indicators, including output, efficiency, quality, on-time delivery, and material usage, to ensure they meet the agreed standards. Ensure product compliance with customer requirements and contribute to achieving the plant’s annual business objectives.

- Oversee the execution of pilot runs for new styles, identify and address any technical or quality issues, and set the standard for bulk production.

- Work with the Production team to maintain acceptable absenteeism rates, enhance employee engagement by reducing labor turnover, support Sewing Supervisors in increasing team members’ income through improved productivity and skill development, and achieve set goals for quick style changeovers and employee satisfaction.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
