Procurement Manager (Open For Expats, Leather Industry)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Procurement Manager (Leather Industry, $4000, ID19945)

• Manage purchasing activities for both domestic and international markets.
• Source and procure raw materials (leather) for production, equipment/machinery for the factory, and office supplies when required.
• Oversee and coordinate with related departments such as Merchandising, Warehouse, Shipping, and Production.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and optimize procurement processes using ERP systems.
• Negotiate contracts, evaluate suppliers, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor cost efficiency, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the purchasing team.

• Male/Female, aged 35–45.
• Vietnamese or Expat candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within leather manufacturing (bags, wallets, belts).
• Fluent in English or Chinese.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
