Mô tả công việc

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair weaving machines and related systems.
Provide on-site and remote technical support, including operator and maintenance training.
Perform preventive maintenance, machine inspections, and technical reporting.
Coordinate with global technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Support customers in improving machine efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing production performance.
Assist with spare parts consultation, technical upgrades, and sales support activities.

Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation, Mechatronics, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or production support within the textile industry.
Experience with Air-jet, Rapier, Water-jet looms, or industrial automation systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, industrial electronics, pneumatics, and technical drawings.
Good English communication and technical reading skills (B1/B2 or above).
Proactive, strong problem-solving skills, and willing to travel domestically and overseas.
