Project Administrator For Farming

1. Being liason with American Freight Farm and Saitex Farms.
2. Interpreting for Foreigner project Director and Vietnamese agricultural engineer, construction contractors and the suppliers.
3. Following up, evaluating and making an acceptance for construction work in the greenhouse, interpreting for foreigner and the contractor at the construction site from survey ground, discussing and revising the design drawings, updating the result of agreement between Project Director and the contractor, making an acceptance for each period.
4. Collecting reports, keeping track of operations in progress of Freight Farm and then reporting to Project Director and BOD.
5. Preparing reports related to Freight Farm.
6. Checking and finalizing English contracts, translating documents, quotations and consultant contracts into English.
7. Making a report, English presentation by Power point
8. Enhancing professional Freight Farms tasks.
9. Being a MC, recording minutes in English
10. Updating Farm operations in respect of Greenhouse and Freight Farm / Container project to report to BOD.
11. Contacting and discussing with suppliers and other relevant Departments to solve Freight Farm\\\'s problems and reporting the arising works to Project Director and BOD.
12. Organizing meetings with Professors, preparing invitation letters, arranging cars , schedule and contents of meeting and drafting and recording meeting minutes to follow-up and implement, allocate persons in charge in the next steps after the meeting comes to an end and report to Project Director and BOD.
13. Making payment request for consulting fee monthly and nutrient solutions and other relevant fees of Freight Farm.
14. Other tasks as required by Director - Head of Farm Operations.
