Electrical & Manufacturing Engineer

• Design linear regulated power supply circuits (12/24VDC) for electrified locks — including circuit protection (fuses, MOVs, flyback diodes, PTC zone fusing) and thermal management.
• Own wire harness design end-to-end: wire selection (UL AWM/MTW per UL1007/UL1569/UL2464), connector/terminal selection, routing, strain relief, labeling, and BOM.
• Create and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, pinouts, and manufacturing documentation. Manage BOM and track UL/cUR requirements per component.
• Support UL 294, UL 508A, and IEC 62368-1 certification — prepare samples, documentation, and coordinate with test labs.
• Design test benches and run validation: hipot (1500VAC), continuity, ripple measurement, thermal rise, current draw profiling, and cycle testing.
•  Analyze EOL data, perform failure analysis (FA/8D), and drive design improvements to increase yield.
•  Provide assembly instructions and troubleshooting support for production and U.S. field teams.
• Collaborate daily with the U.S. engineering team via email, chat, and video calls.

1.Must have:

•  Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
•  Hands-on experience with low-voltage systems (12/24 VAC/DC): linear power supplies, rectifiers, voltage regulators.
•  Practical wire harness design knowledge: connectors, crimping, strain relief, labeling, manufacturing docs.
• Ability to build prototypes and run validation tests; strong debugging skills.
• Working-level English (read technical docs, write emails, join online meetings with the U.S. team)

2.Nice to have:

•  Familiarity with UL standards (UL 508A, UL 294) or product certification processes.
• PCB layout experience (creepage/clearance for AC/DC circuits).
•  Thermal management calculations (heatsink sizing, thermal rise).
•  Experience with oscilloscopes, hipot testers, or load banks. 

• Salary: 18 – 25 million VND/month (based on qualifications and experience).
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
