CÔNG VIỆC VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM (TIẾNG ANH):
- The Electrical Team Leader is responsible for managing electrical and electronic assembly, ensuring smooth production flow, quality compliance, and efficiency. This role leads a team of operators while ensuring ERP compliance, proper work order execution, and alignment with production planning. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with planners, quality assurance, maintenance, and procurement teams to achieve on-time delivery (OTD) and production targets.
- Work in shifts as per operational requirements
- Team Management
- Supervise and guide technicians to complete tasks efficiently
- Assign/ arrange headcount for daily tasks, monitor and tracking the progress. Ensure adherence to production timeline
- Training team members on tools, equipments, ERP system usage.
- Ensure all team members have safety awareness and discipline
- Gather team to daily passdown and review the priorities task, solving issue.
- Production & Process
- Ensure ERP work orders are processed correctly and production data is accurately recorded.
- Identify and resolve the bottlenecks, tools, equipment issues. Minimize the idle time of production line
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quality compliance.
- Daily report progress of production line.
- Support on process/product improvements, LEAN manufacturing.
- Task assigned not limited above.
- Quality & Safety
- Ensure team compliance with high quality and procedures.
- Conduction inspection of finished parts to verify quality commit with specifications
- Work with Quality team to resolve defects and implement CA/PA
- 5S practices to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
KINH NGHIỆM VÀ BẰNG CẤP
- Bachelor’s/College degree, major in electrical, electronics, automation or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in electrical/electronics industry.
- Minimum 1 year in leadership role.
- MES/ERP knowledge is a plus.
- English speaking and writing are required. Chinese communicate is a plus.
- Familiar with electrical drawings and PCB assembly process.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing related to electrical and electronic circuits.
- Good communication, ability to work effectively within a team
- Time management skills and exception handling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
