Mô tả công việc
1. Direct managerial activities of Mobile xG Network and Fibre Optical Network at nationwide level in daily basis. These areas focus on Networks Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance services guarantee in accordance with committed SLA/KPI to customers.
2. Cooperate and Coordinate with team members and Regional Managers in fulfill all scopes of Managed Services daily/weekly/monthly targets over Networks that company delivering services, that included: Major Case Handling Reports, Pre-Planned Works, Asset Management…
3. Prepare routine reports in English/Vietnamese and lead to join weekly meeting with Customers or on demand to report overall quality of service in all Managed Service scope aspects.
4. Problems foresee and propose solutions to mitigate problems, improve quality and enhance efficiency, get high satisfaction from customer. No major complaint.
5. Cooperate with team and regional managers in audit network to manage quality and to early detect problems and propose solution to improve field staffs and services.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Customer oriented.
2. Good moral, teamwork spirit, detail and careful, fast learning and eager to learn.
3. At least 5 years experiences in Project Management, Managed Services with challenged SLA/KPI is preferred (PMP certification is favorable)
4. Major Degree is Electronic & Telecommunication or Informatic Technologies.
5. English good at presentation, reporting is a must.
