Admin Executive (Chinese Speaking)
Mô tả công việc
- Handle general office administration
- Manage office equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Support to plan and organize internal events, training sessions, or company meetings.
- Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office equipment maintenance.
- Translate documents, emails, memos, and business materials from Chinese to English when needed.
- Assist non-Chinese-speaking colleagues in communicating effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, vendors, or team members.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (2–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
