Mô tả công việc

  • Handle general office administration
  • Manage office equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Support to plan and organize internal events, training sessions, or company meetings.
  • Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office equipment maintenance.
  • Translate documents, emails, memos, and business materials from Chinese to English when needed.
  • Assist non-Chinese-speaking colleagues in communicating effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, vendors, or team members.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
