Mô tả công việc

Be charge of arranging transportation for employees, arrange meeting schedule, air ticket, restaurant, hotel.
Perform all relevant procedure for foreigner: Do passport, visa, temporary residence card, ARC card, work permit.
Buy office equipment, protective clothing...
Implementate and monitor service contracts of third party: bonsai care, car insurance, health care contracts, inspection and calibration of machinery and equipment, and other related services.
Save all official dispatch which is sent/ received, documents, service contracts related to adminitration.
Do Admin report periodically.
Perform other tasks required by line manager.
