Internally, to manageactivates related to clerical work, IE/Lean tasks, training process, factory maintenance; and follow up on open issues, key tasks and deadlines.
To manage external FTY working communication with service providers such as NPI, Administration, HR, Maintains and other departments
Working with CEO to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
Assisting in implementing factory operational plans
Prepare reports and submit them to CEO
Support process during customers and other official visits
Manage schedules, diaries and organize meetings and appointments
Organizing events and conferences.
Perform miscellaneous tasks to support Seamless FTY managers, which may vary depending on the department and managerial needs

Yêu cầu công việc

Foreign language: English – high proficiency level required.
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Soft skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, work, and time management skills.
Personal attributes: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible, patient, careful, and transparent.
Willing to invest extra time and effort to meet deadlines.
