1. General task
• Product Management:
- Coordinates and manages partnerships with multiple software vendors, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
- Monitors performance, identifies gaps, and drives optimization across integrated platforms.
- Communicates effectively with internal teams and external partners to align goals, resolve conflicts, and deliver unified solutions.
- Maintains an organized knowledge base of provider-specific features, limitations, and compliance requirements for efficient operations.
• Communication Management:
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage the manager contact database and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare meeting agendas and presentations.
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
• Document and Information Management:
- Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Manage confidential documents with discretion and maintain data security.
- Research and compile information from various sources to support the manager's decision-making process.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
• Time Management(detail oriented):
- Effectively manages time by balancing short-term tasks with long-term projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintains accuracy and quality by carefully reviewing details, preventing errors and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Project Coordination:
- Support the manager in managing special projects, including tracking progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including conferences, seminars, and corporate events.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives.
• Confidential Matters:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Knowledge expert
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Have 1+ years of experience in the Personal Assistant/ General Affair or related field.

- Strong analytical and English communication skills are a must. (IELTS 6.5-8.0 or equivalent)
- Strong experience in interpreting meetings and internal company issues.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
