Receptionist
Mô tả công việc
- Welcome and guide visitors; supplier room/award cabinet management; assisting customers in connecting with internal staffs.
- Postal express services: Receiving outgoing letter from internal staffs, receiving incoming letter and distributing IT to relating staff.
- Official dispatch: Receiving and managing, report case by case, monthly for incoming official dispatch, outgoing official dispatch
- Managing stamp record: Guiding staffs to record in the stamp record, checking documents that need to be stamped by staffs.
- HO cost payment monthly: Get budget approval, Post SAP, report cost haven't posted yet
- Managing taxi services: Managing taxi cards (Mai Linh, Vinasun), cross-checking monthly for Teams' reports as regulations, reporting monthly taxi card expenses & ADD Grab account if HR Team request include manage Vinasun, Grab, Mai Linh contract
- Report fingerprint at HO reception area monthly
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education level: College or higher
- Minimum 01 years of experience in a similar position
- Specialties: Foreign languages, clerical, restaurant – hotel management, ...
- Expertise: Knowledge of receptionist
- Advanced skillful using office tools and system (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…). Priority for candidates have experience using (ERP) SAP
- Communication, psychological grasping, problem solving, high sense of responsibility.
