  • This role is to provide exceptional service to sales staffs and customers, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. 
  • You will act as a key intermediary between our customers and internal teams, taking ownership of your accounts and delivering outstanding support throughout the selling process.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that sales staffs and customers receive an exceptional level of service from the initial inquiry through to after-sales support, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Contract Preparation: Prepare sales contracts as sales staffs’s required, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly stated, in accordance with company policy.
  • Order Processing: Performs data entry tasks for sales figures, make sales report, analyze sales data and propose sales activities to sales team if needed.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including Planning and Warehouse, to ensure customer timelines are met and operations run smoothly.
  • Order and inventory management: Ensure customers receive goods on time and ensure inventory meets customer requirements.
  • Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints according to the established complaint handling process, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Reporting:

a Report any unusual activity to your leader.

a Update and follow sales data such as customer list, credit limit, revenue, debt and update to related department as required.

a Issue and send Chemical control documents and other notices to customers (if any)

  • Data Management:

a Liaise with customers to gather complete information regarding their requests and input data into the system accurately and promptly.

a Work closely with the Warehouse and Planning team to process customer orders and ensure delivery timelines are adhered to.

  • Customer relationship management: Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with sales staff and customers. Proactively seek new sales opportunities for current customer base.
  • Support functionSupport Functions: Provide day-to-day support functions for the assigned Supervisor/Manager, assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other tasks required by line manager

  • Graduated from University with relevant field.
  • Proficient in data management and inventory tracking systems.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Strong time management skills, detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in order management at manufacturing company is preferred
  • Careful, well – organized, friendly, positive thinking, hard – working, responsible.
  • Eager at learning and learning from doing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM
  • Able to take work pressure from work
  • Have 3 Years working experience in Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Executive, Sales Admin – Support, … Experience in order management at manufacturing company will be advantages.
  • Fluent in English will be advantages.
