Mô tả công việc

  • Work as a Communicator for the Admin department (Handling meetings with Japanese members, document translation/interpretation, ETC.)
  • Support Administrative tasks (Organizing company events, coordinating with vendors, managing office assets/equipment, ETC.)
  • Support Human Resources tasks (Recruitment, employee benefits and policies, ETC.)
  • Support Accounting tasks (Internal approvals, record management, ETC.)
     

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Must

  • Japanese Major (N1/N2 Level) ※Include Communication Skills: Verbal, Written
  • Professional work attitude: A growth mindset, a can-do attitude, and high proactivity.

Quyền lợi

1. Working Hour

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 PM 

IT will depend on your schedule but Min 4h/ day +2-3days/ week working is Necessary

  • Morning 1h Flex Time (You can work from 7:30-8:30 am and finish 5:00-6:00 PM)

Keep 8h Working Time

  • 12: 00 -13: 30 break

2. Salary

  • 100% salary payment even during the trial period
  • Bonus payments are made twice a year (in July and January) for those with an attendance rate of 80% or more per month.
  • Salary increase upon becoming a full-time employee, depending on your ability and evaluation.

3. Holiday

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) in accordance with labor regulations.
  • Company establishment date
  • Holidays in the year specified in the law.
