General HR & Administration:
1.1 Ensure that all relevant Candidate onboarding paperwork is completed for processing.
1.2 Client procedures from on boarding to Invoicing as well as pull together this information from various departments for all new clients.
1.3 Check and review timesheets and expenses claim, maintain communication with contractors and clients to ensure the payroll is correctly set up prior to submission for payment approval
1.4 Prepare the payroll and ensure the payment to contractors within a timely and professional manner
1.5 Prepare and ensure all compulsory insurance and PIT are compliance with the Laws.
1.6 Manage all contractor queries within same day response and if satisfactory response not achievable same day, keep contractor fully informed on progress and update on when resolution is likely. Ensure that key focal point for Client is cc’d on correspondence.
1.7 Prepare and follow-up with Accounting Dept. to invoice to clients.
1.8 Throughout duration of contracts, keep contractors fully informed of any required information / changes etc. and ensure that on completion of assignment, contract is properly closed out with all necessary paperwork completed.
1.9 Record and update all Revenue and Costs, update Financial Reports ad contractors monthly report
1.10 Run the Recruitment Bonus scheme in line with procedure and deal direct with recruiters / manager and Finance team.
1.11 Attend recruitment fairs / exhibitions / seminars as required, both to promote Orion PSL JV and to build own personal knowledge / development within discipline.
1.12 Participate in daily / weekly / monthly team meetings - ensure follow up of actions, commitments and deadlines.
1.13 Assist management in bid preparation and tender exercises as requested.
1.14 Deputise for team members during periods of absence and ensure full and detailed handover is completed to those covering your absence.
1.15 PA for direct manager on department’s tasks when needed
