Administer day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department under the direction of the Reservations Supervisor and the Revenue Manager, within the guidelines of VP Revenue and Distribution with all reservation requirements, systems and procedures and administer each reservation accurately. Up selling reservations in order to maximize room revenue in a courteous, friendly and professional manner to all clientele and other employees.
