Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for implementation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance the communication system including LAN, WAN, Intranet, Security and Telecommunications system.
- Provide fully support for setting up new FWD branches, FCTs or any new projects implementation of IT Infra to ensure that everything regard to LAN, WAN, PBX and Internet system are well prepare and finish on time.
- Manage the Network Equipment inventory makes sure that all spare part is under good condition and ready for replacement.
- Create, edit IT procedures and user guides to ensure that they are up to date.
- Co-operate with team to provide IT Helpdesk service to users.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in implementing and maintaining security systems
- Familiar with IT infrastructure setup for new branches or projects
- Ability to create and update IT procedures and user guides
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in providing IT Helpdesk support is a plus
