• Conduct market research and analyze trends in the technology industry
• (AI, Web/App, Web3, SaaS, Fintech, ETC., depending on the company’s direction).
• Identify, approach, and develop new customers (B2B/B2C).
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and strategic clients.
• Collaborate closely with Tech, Product, and Marketing teams to:
  + Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
  + Propose tailored solutions that best fit each customer’s needs.
• Participate in preparing proposals, quotations, and pitching products/services to clients.
• Monitor contract progress and support negotiations and contract signing.
• Provide post-sales customer support and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on:
  + Customer pipeline
  + Business performance
  + Market insights and customer feedback

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Management, or related fields.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Account roles
  (Fresh graduates are welcome if you have strong logical thinking and a passion for technology).
• Knowledge of or strong interest in technology, software, and digital platforms.
• Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Logical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
• English proficiency (reading, writing, and verbal communication).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients.
• Knowledge of AI / Web3 / SaaS / Blockchain is a plus.
