Business System Analyst - Information Technology (Thu Dau Mot)

Work with operation closely to identify the IT solution and implementing any or all application(s) of the
Supply Chain Management (SCM) suite within budget and a set timeline.
- SCM Suite would include WMS, TMS, FFS, Others where applicable
- Lead solutions design sessions with customers (internal and external)
- Provide input on solutions design and play an active role in the design session eg.:
- Identify gaps between customer requirements and what our application can offer
- Come up with alternative ways of doing things and still meet customer’s requirements.
- Using all the features of any of the applications to provide the solution of the customer
- Suggest process flows
- Be able to convey these requirements to the developers.
- Manage expectation of customers both internal and external.
- Preparation of functional business specifications for development based on best practices.
- Design and implement report analysis system for business requirement.
- Advise on best practices.
- Responsible for daily IT operation & System support including application, report issues and
requirements.
- To manage and troubleshoot problems/incidents promptly following established procedures.
- To develop project plans, implementation timeline and deployment schedules in relation to project and
infrastructure projects.
- To work on IT project as per assigned.
- Rudimentary testing of development to Functional Business Requirements.
