Mô tả công việc

Manage and maintain the network and IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Provide day-to-day technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to understand business processes and deliver IT solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Operation applications, systems, and hardware in a timely and professional manner.
Understand the local site’s IT architecture to provide appropriate technical solutions and consultancy to business and operations teams.
Oversee IT asset management, including inventory control, usage monitoring, and compliance with corporate policies.
Develop, document, and implement IT procedures and best practices to standardize support and ensure business continuity.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant major.
Proven experience (>3 years) in IT infrastructure management, end-user support, and IT operations/helpdesk.
Strong understanding of networking, IT security, and enterprise-level application systems.
Experience in project management as a team leader or project manager is an advantage.
Good English skills (verbal and written).
Self-disciplined with the ability to work night shifts.
Knowledge of IT solutions in logistics is an advantage.
