IT Supervisor - Hưng Yên

•    Manage and maintain the network and IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
•    Provide day-to-day technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
•    Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to understand business processes and deliver IT solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Operation applications, systems, and hardware in a timely and professional manner.
•    Understand the local site’s IT architecture to provide appropriate technical solutions and consultancy to business and operations teams.
•    Oversee IT asset management, including inventory control, usage monitoring, and compliance with corporate policies.
•    Develop, document, and implement IT procedures and best practices to standardize support and ensure business continuity.

•    Bachelor/ College ’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related degree
•    Proven experience (>3 years) in IT infrastructure management, end-user support, IT operations, IT helpdesk
•    Strong understanding of networking, IT security, and enterprise-level application systems.
•    Experience in project management as team leader or project manager for advantage.
•    Good English skills.
•    Self-disciplinal with ability to work at night shift
•    Knowledge about IT solutions in the logistics is an advantage.
