1. JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for providing internal legal services, ensuring the Company's operations comply with the law and minimizing legal risks.

• Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and departments on issues related to the Company's operations.
• Draft and review all types of Contracts and related legal documents.
• Develop, draft, and review the Company's internal regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform administrative procedures, application files for permits, and ensure the Company complies with legal regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in preparing, compiling, checking, and submitting bidding documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct Manager.
• Career path towards Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor of Laws degree.
  • Under 1 year of work experience, preferably in corporate legal affairs.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Enterprise Law, Tax Law, and Commercial Transaction Law.
  • Preference: Experience related to bidding/tendering, or in the Information Technology/Telecommunications sector.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), equivalent to IELTS 6.5.
  • Legal drafting skills: Requires accuracy, clarity, and precision.
  • Analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and organize work effectively.
  • Communication and teamwork skills, effectively coordinating with departments.
  • Preference: Proficient use of Google Workspace.
• Personal Qualities:
  • Cautious, meticulous, honest, and highly responsible.
  • Strong adaptability and initiative in the workplace

3. BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

• Salary: Competitive salary (Up to $800 )
• Bonus: 12 months salary + Performance bonus (up to 2 months salary depending on business performance).
• Attractive Holiday bonuses (Package 6-8 million VND).
