System & Infrastructure Engineer

To lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and networks. This role also includes mentoring junior staff, managing IT assets, and aligning infrastructure operations with overall business strategy.

1. Infrastructure & Network Management

• Design and maintain secure and scalable network and server infrastructure.
• Oversee the administration of Linux, Windows, and virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configurations.
• Ensure system uptime, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Plan and implement disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity strategies.
• Work with cloud providers to optimize hybrid infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).

2. Technical Leadership & Governance

• Review and implement IT security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and reliable technical solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis of critical issues and oversee resolution efforts.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.

3. Team Mentoring & Documentation

• Mentor junior system and network administrators and guide technical growth.
• Establish and maintain IT operational documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
• Ensure continuous improvement in IT processes, automation, and incident response.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure procurement and support.

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in system administration, infrastructure engineering, or network operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Linux, Windows Server, and enterprise networking.
• Experience in managing hybrid environments including on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, Azure Administrator, RHCE, or equivalent are preferred.

• Working hours: Monday - Friday
• Time: Morning from 9:00 to 12:00, Afternoon from 13:30 to 18:00
• Full participation in social insurance: Health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance
• Probationary period: 90% salary (duration is 2 months)
• Annual leave: 12 days/ year (Accumulated leave for next year)
