Mô tả công việc
- Identify target customers and Business opportunities.
- Lead end to end sale process: find lead, pitch, negotiate, close deal, and keeping long term relationships.
- Consult and tailor Affiliate program solution that align with the customer's business goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure campaigns run properly.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials, pitch decks, case studies, and internal documentation to support business development efforts.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of work experience in Business Development B2B.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, able to manage multiple deals independently under pressure.
- Keep up with the flexible and versatile schedule to follow with both domestic and international customers.
- A keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities for successful collaborations.
- Communicate well in English.
Quyền lợi
- Base salary is about 15.000.000 - 20.000.000 with uncapped commission scheme.
- Meal (55.000 VNĐ/ day), mobile phone allowance (100.000 VNĐ/ month).
- Probationary: 100% salary - Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the Labor Law.
