Erp Technical Lead
Mô tả công việc
- Participate in and manage the implementation of ERP projects with external partners or through in-house development.
- Design and develop Web/App applications to support work management and internal operations.
- Manage the technical team following Agile methodology: assign tasks, provide guidance and technical support to team members, review source code, and ensure project progress and quality.
- Define, analyze, and design system architecture to ensure sustainability, information security, high performance, maintainability, scalability, and extensibility.
- Collaborate with business departments and the Head of IT to ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical consulting and contribute to improving internal software development processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or equivalent role.
- Proven experience in managing software development teams.
- Hands-on experience in developing or implementing ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Bravo, ETC.).
- Proficiency in technologies and programming languages
- Experience in PDF processing and image processing.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
- Strong ability to understand business processes with solid system thinking.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and task management skills.
