We’re looking for a hands‑on Full‑Stack Developer to build and scale cloud‑native, microservice‑driven products on AWS. You’ll own features end‑to‑end—from designing data models and Lambda functions to wiring React components—while driving best practices in security, CI/CD, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy microservices on AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Build REST/GraphQL APIs with Node.js + Express; implement secure authentication and authorisation flows.
• Model, optimise, and maintain relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB), and in‑memory (Redis) data stores.
• Automate infrastructure with IaC (CloudFormation / Terraform) and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / CodePipeline).
• Collaborate with UX engineers to integrate responsive front‑end components (React preferred; Angular/Vue acceptable).
• Monitor, trace, and optimise service performance (CloudWatch, X‑Ray, Prometheus/Grafana).
• Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests; enforce code quality via PR reviews and static analysis.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and peer coaching.

Must‑Have Qualifications
• 3 + years building production systems on AWS, including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and deep experience with Node.js + Express (or Koa/Fastify).
• Proven track record in SQL, NoSQL, and Redis schema design, indexing, sharding, and performance tuning.
• Solid grasp of microservice architecture, event‑driven patterns (SQS/SNS/Kafka), and container orchestration.
• Comfort with Git‑based workflows, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills—able to debug complex distributed issues efficiently.
• Effective English communication (written & verbal) for code reviews and doc writing.
Nice‑to‑Have
• Front‑end production experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Exposure to serverless GraphQL (AppSync) or real‑time messaging (WebSockets).
• Knowledge of security best practices (IAM least privilege, OWASP, GDPR compliance).
• Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform preferred) and Kubernetes Helm charts.
