Compliance & Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to the Vietnamese Law on Cybersecurity (2018) and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.
Operational Security Management: Oversee the security integrity of manufacturing systems (MES/SCADA) and their integration with corporate database environments.
Governance & SOPs: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for identity management, access control (RBAC), and physical hardware security.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales and production teams to gain a wider perspective on security impacts and address departmental concerns regarding digital workflows.
Vendor & Risk Assessment: Evaluate third-party vendor security standards and manage comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Information Technology.
3–5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a manufacturing or large-scale industrial environment.
Identity & Access: Strong proficiency in implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access controls.
Ability to identify cost-effective security solutions that optimize resources without compromising protection.
Willingness to evolve security strategies in line with organizational growth and new digital initiatives.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required for effective cross-regional collaboration

Salary: $1,200
13th Month Salary + Performance-based project bonuses. Annual leave 12 days, Annual trip
Bonus: 1.5 monthly basic salary / year on Liberation Day ( April 30th ) , Independence Day (September 02nd ) and Lunar New Year
