• Operate, monitor, and maintain production systems, ensuring: Stability, Security, Performance.
• Install, configure, and operate Linux/Windows servers (VPS, Dedicated, On-premise).
• Design, deploy, and optimize the company’s internal network infrastructure: LAN/ WAN/ VLAN; Router, Switch, Firewall; VPN, NAT, Load Balancing.
• Build and operate server infrastructure for internal systems and online services.
• Deploy, manage, and operate Docker / Docker Compose (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Configure and monitor: System security (Firewall, Fail2ban, SSL, access control); Server performance (CPU, RAM, Disk, Network).
• Monitor and set up alerts using monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.).
• Perform backup and restore operations, ensuring data availability and security.
• Work closely with the Development team to optimize systems for stable and efficient application performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues to ensure continuous system operation.

REQUIREMENTS (English is not required)

• Hands-on experience in a Network Engineer or similar role (no IT degree required).
• Strong knowledge of networking:
• Proficient in Linux server administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, Rocky).
• Experience with:
• Ability to implement:
• Strong system thinking and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, High Availability (HA), and Load Balancing.
