Market Research and Analysis:
- Gather and analyze information on user needs, market trends, and competitor activities in the educational technology sector.
- Propose new features and product improvements based on data analysis and user feedback.
Product Development and Management:
- Collaborate with relevant departments such as technical, design, and marketing teams to develop and implement digital education products.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance after launch, recommending improvements to enhance quality and user experience.
Business and Marketing Support:
- Provide product information and training to sales and marketing teams to ensure they fully understand the product and can effectively communicate its value to customers.
- Participate in pricing strategy development and promotional programs for the product.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the EdTech or educational technology industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good planning, management, execution, communication, negotiation, presentation, training, and coaching skills.
- Understanding of the education and technology market, with strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
